The Challenge

14 days before the grand opening of the restaurant our client approached us for social media marketing. Brand awareness and table bookings were our main priority. The challenge was not only the time frame but aiming to get as many people through the door as possible.

Our Approach

For brand awareness, we ran a Facebook likes campaign to introduce the new restaurant into the community. A separate Grand Opening campaign was created where people would be able to make table reservations.

The Results

  • Created three campaigns that collectively generated 1333 page likes.
  • Over 200 guests made reservations for opening night.
  • Together with social posts and Facebook ads we managed to increase the page likes from 45 to over 2000 in less than 30 days.
  • Reached more than 65 000 kiwis,
  • Had 13 000 engagements
