🛠️ Step 1: Set Up Your Google Form

Go to Google Forms and create a new form.

Add sample questions:

Click Send to get the link (no need to share yet).
📊 Step 2: Prepare Your Google Sheet

Open Google Sheets and create a new spreadsheet.

Choose Watch Responses as your trigger.

If prompted, connect your Google account.

For Form ID:

Copy the long string in the URL between
